The length adapts to the meeting - a short call gets a short summary, a three-hour workshop a longer one. Speakers are differentiated, and company and person mentions are linked to the right records. Can a summary include more than the standard sections? Yes. Optional modules add decisions, risks and dependencies, commercial signals or advisory insights, and a custom follow-up artefact shaped to your own template - a client memo, an internal handover, whatever your team already produces after a meeting. Who can see a summary before it is approved? By default, only the meeting owner. Summaries go through a three-step approval flow - Waiting → Ready for approval → Approved - so badly transcribed or sensitive meetings never contaminate shared data. Which languages are supported? Floral transcribes and summarises in Danish and English. Mixed-language meetings are handled too - the summary follows the dominant language unless you override it. Can I edit a summary after the AI writes it? Yes. Every summary is fully editable in a Tiptap rich-text editor. You can add context, fix wording, or strip sensitive details before approving. What happens after I approve a summary? The owner approves. On approval the summary is finalised and the CRM is updated - Pipedrive, WebCRM, Knack or the Floral CRM add-on - with companies and contacts linked. Floral then generates its proposed follow-ups: at most three per meeting, each tied to the transcript and checked against real records.
