## Frequently asked

Does CVR auto-lookup work for all Danish companies?

Yes. Floral uses the public CVR registry plus Proff.dk for industry, employee count, revenue, and leadership data. Type a CVR or company name, hit search, and the record is populated in under a second.

Can a company have multiple addresses?

Yes. Billing address, visiting address, warehouse address - as many as you need. Each address can be flagged by type and used independently by other parts of the system.

What is a lifecycle stage?

A curated value indicating where the company sits in your funnel - Lead, Prospect, Customer, Churned. Lifecycle is separate from the deal stage, so a customer with an open expansion deal is "Customer" not "Lead".

Can I archive contacts I no longer talk to?

Yes. Archive instead of delete preserves history while hiding the record from default lists. Restore at any time. Soft-delete by default; admins can hard-delete archived records.

What about international companies without a CVR?

Same flow without the auto-lookup - type the name, address, industry manually. Floral works for non-Danish customers; you just lose the CVR-specific automation.
