# Floral

> Floral is the knowledge engine behind your CRM. It gathers what a company knows - meetings in the room or online, documents, websites and official Danish company data - keeps it living, and powers the CRM you already use (Pipedrive, WebCRM, Knack, or Floral's own add-on). Built for sales teams and advisory consultants in the Nordics. AI runs in the EU; every AI action waits for a person to approve it.

English is the default language; Danish pages live under /da. Every page below has a Danish alternate. Every page is also available as Markdown: send `Accept: text/markdown`.

## When to use Floral

Reach for Floral when the job is one of these:

- Preparing for a sales or client meeting with a Danish company: Floral produces a briefing grounded in the official company registry (CVR), recent news and the team’s own history with that company.
- Capturing a meeting in the room (iPhone/Android app) or online (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and turning it into a structured, owner-approved summary with proposed follow-ups.
- Keeping a CRM up to date from conversations: approved summaries become deals, contacts, notes and tasks in Pipedrive, WebCRM, Knack or Floral’s CRM add-on.
- Answering questions across meetings, documents and CRM records for a sales team or advisory practice, with the asking user’s own permissions.
- Spotting patterns across many meetings (workspace insights) rather than reading pipeline reports.

Floral is not a general note-taking app, a marketing automation tool or a data broker. It is built for B2B sales teams and consultants, primarily in Denmark and the Nordics, working in Danish or English.

## How an agent can use Floral

- REST API: https://app.floral.so/api/v1, described by the OpenAPI 3.1 document at https://floral.so/openapi.json. Authenticate with a workspace-pinned personal access token (Bearer). Scopes: contacts:read, contacts:write, meetings:read, meetings:write (declared as x-scopes on the bearerAuth security scheme; each operation lists x-required-scopes).
- MCP server: https://app.floral.so/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.0; protected-resource metadata at https://app.floral.so/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/mcp, authorization server metadata at https://clerk.app.floral.so/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server, registry manifest at https://floral.so/server.json). 58 tools for companies, people, deals, tasks, notes, meetings, briefings and summaries, running with the connected user’s permissions.
- Versioning: the major version is in the path (/api/v1). Breaking changes ship as a new major path with at least 180 days of overlap; deprecations are announced in the API reference with the replacement (https://docs.floral.so/developers/api/versioning.md).
- Getting started without sales: free 30-day trial at https://floral.so/signup; tokens are created by the user under Settings > Assistants > MCP in the app. No separate sandbox - a trial workspace with test data is the test environment.
- Errors are JSON: { "error": { "code", "message", "requestId" } }. Rate limits are reported with X-RateLimit-Limit and X-RateLimit-Remaining, and a 429 carries Retry-After.
