Questions & answers

How does the 7-day trial work?

You start with everything in Plus for 7 days, so you see what Floral does for your customer work, marketing and accounting. No credit card is needed and nothing is charged. When you continue, you choose Standard or Plus for each person.

How do we choose between Standard and Plus?

Standard is for people who hold customer meetings: Floral records, writes the summary, prepares the briefing, drafts the follow-up and keeps the customer database. Plus is for people who also work in processes: tasks, pipelines, marketing and accounting assistants, shared routines and company connections. What the assistants produce is shared, so a colleague on Standard still sees their themes and suggestions.

What happens when the trial ends?

Because we do not ask for a credit card to start the trial, nothing is charged when it ends. You lose access until you choose a paid plan: Standard or Plus for each person, and how you want to pay.

Does Floral send emails or change things on its own?

No. Floral drafts the follow-up in your connected mailbox and proposes changes to your records. Nothing is sent or changed until you approve it.

Do we have to replace our CRM?

No. Keep Pipedrive, WebCRM, Knack or ClubCore and Floral syncs with it on Plus, or use Floral’s CRM if you need a new one or do not have one yet. Other CRM systems can be connected on request.

Does it work in Danish?

Yes. Floral transcribes and summarises meetings in Danish and English, and the app is available in both languages.

What does the usage include?

The monthly capacity covers the AI work Floral does for you: answers and drafts from the AI assistants, automated processes such as routines and recipes, briefings and summaries, and the transcription of meeting recordings.

Is there a usage limit?

The vast majority of teams never reach the limit. Each month includes AI capacity that grows with your plans and the number of people. If you get close, administrators see it on a usage meter and get a message at 80 %. You can then add Plus people or buy an extra capacity pack (295 kr or 995 kr, one-off). If the capacity runs out, the AI functions pause until next month, while your data stays available.
