A CRM that knows Danish companies
Type a CVR or company name. Floral pulls industry, address, employee count, revenue, and key leadership from CVR and Proff.dk — populating the record in under a second. Then you start adding the human stuff: owners, lifecycle, notes, deals.
Companies and people, joined the way you actually use them
A company in Floral
Auto-populated from CVR. Multiple addresses, lifecycle stage, multiple owners, related deals, related people, related tasks. Full activity timeline showing every meeting, summary, briefing, and note that touched the company.

A person in Floral
Optionally linked to a company, but it does not have to be. Email, phone, mobile, title, department, LinkedIn. Owners, tags, categories, custom fields. Related deals — as primary contact and as secondary. Source-tracked when the person came in via a lead form.

A unified contacts hub
One page that merges companies and people with column-aware sorting and filters. Quick-create buttons on top, CSV import below, lead-source filter on the right. The default working surface for most CRM users.

The details that matter to a Danish sales team
CVR + Proff auto-lookup
Industry, employee count, revenue, address, leadership — all populated automatically for Danish companies.
Multiple addresses
Billing, visiting, warehouse — as many as you need. Type-flagged so other features can pick the right one.
Lifecycle stages
Lead, Prospect, Customer, Churned. Separate from deal stage, so renewals do not regress people to "Lead".
Multi-owner
AE + CS rep can co-own a company. Filter "my contacts" matches anyone you own.
Tags & categories
Free-form tags plus curated categories per entity type. Filterable everywhere.
Custom fields
Eight field types — text, multiline, URL, number, boolean, datetime, single-select, multi-select. Per entity.
Activity timeline
Every meeting, briefing, summary, note, deal change, and task on the company or person — in one chronological feed.
Many companies per deal
Partner deals, joint procurement, white-label arrangements — Floral handles many-to-many naturally.
Frequently asked
Yes. Floral uses the public CVR registry plus Proff.dk for industry, employee count, revenue, and leadership data. Type a CVR or company name, hit search, and the record is populated in under a second.
Yes. Billing address, visiting address, warehouse address — as many as you need. Each address can be flagged by type and used independently by other parts of the system.
A curated value indicating where the company sits in your funnel — Lead, Prospect, Customer, Churned. Lifecycle is separate from the deal stage, so a customer with an open expansion deal is "Customer" not "Lead".
Yes. Archive instead of delete preserves history while hiding the record from default lists. Restore at any time. Soft-delete by default; admins can hard-delete archived records.
Same flow without the auto-lookup — type the name, address, industry manually. Floral works for non-Danish customers; you just lose the CVR-specific automation.
